Modeling Releases
The attached documents are samples of model releases. Many models see this on their first time out and are not sure how to read it. We suggest you print this and go through it with someone knowledgeable about your state and local laws.
Every photographers release will be slightly different, but the generalities are all the same. We recommend if the photographer books you in advance, have them send a copy of their release in advance. This way you can review it with no pressure to just “SIGN ON THE BOTTOM LINE!”
